Megan W. Wendell

Megan Wendell has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation and in a wide variety of areas, including insurance coverage, insurance fraud, construction-defect litigation, qui tam actions, land use, personal injury, wrongful death, employment, toxic tort, and workers’ compensation. She has written scores of coverage opinions and legal briefs, argued a host of motions and has second chair trial experience. Early in her career, Ms. Wendell worked as a Legal Research Attorney for the Alameda County Superior Court assisting judges in evaluating civil law and motion matters and drafting decisions and orders, and so has first-hand understanding of courts’ response to legal arguments.
